Get entity mentions in transcript. Finds all mentions of a specific entity within an episode's transcript and returns each mention with surrounding dialogue context.
Output
Returns a paginated list of entity mentions found in the episode transcript. Each mention includes the matched dialogue line and a configurable window of surrounding lines (controlled by context_lines). When entity_id is not specified, returns top-level entities found with their mentions. Supports cursor-based pagination for navigating large result sets.

Prefer this over full transcript retrieval when you only care about a specific entity's mentions rather than the entire transcript. Best suited for media monitoring, research, and entity-focused transcript analysis workflows.
Side effects
- Episode ID not found — 404 if the slug or ID does not correspond to an existing episode
- Entity ID not found — empty mentions array or 404 if the entity_id does not exist in the knowledge graph
- Transcript unavailable — episode may not yet have a processed transcript
- Invalid cursor — 400 if a malformed or expired pagination cursor is provided
- Rate limiting or payment failure — 402 if x402 payment is not processed correctly for the $0.03 per-call fee
