PDL Person Enrich

Use this endpoint when you need to enrich a known individual's record starting from a partial identifier (email, phone, LinkedIn URL, name+company) and want comprehensive professional profile data including work history, education, skills, and contact info. Prefer this over person search when you already have a specific individual in mind rather than running a broad query across the database. Best for CRM enrichment, sales lead qualification, recruiting research, and identity resolution use cases where People Data Labs' 3B+ person database coverage is needed.

• Insufficient identifiers provided — returns 404 or low-likelihood match if only weak signals (e.g. name alone) are supplied
• Person not found in PDL database — returns empty result or 404 for individuals with limited digital footprint
• min_likelihood threshold too high — returns no result if confidence score of best match is below specified threshold
• Rate limiting or auth failure — returns 401/429 if payment or credentials are invalid
• Malformed phone number — returns validation error if phone does not include country code prefix
