Side effects
- Empty input string returns empty URL list or error
- Malformed URLs in text may be partially extracted or skipped
- Very large text inputs may time out or hit size limits
- Non-standard URL schemes (e.g. ftp://, mailto:) may not be captured
- Payment failure (402) if USDC balance is insufficient
