Use this endpoint when you need to search across the entire People Data Labs person dataset using flexible query criteria — especially for bulk prospecting, lead generation, or talent discovery where you don't have a specific identifier (like an email or LinkedIn URL) but want to find people matching a profile. Prefer this over the Enrich endpoint when you need multiple results rather than enriching a known individual, and prefer it over the Identify endpoint when you want structured filtering rather than fuzzy matching.

• Invalid Elasticsearch or SQL query syntax returns a 400 error
