How this service works
Chainlink price feed reads for three pairs: ETH/USD and BTC/USD on Ethereum (chain 1) and MATIC/USD on Polygon (chain 137). POST /v1/price with {pair, chain_id} and get the latest answer, feed address and update time. Any other pair answers 400. Pay per request in USDC; no account, no API key.
Output
Returns the latest Chainlink oracle price answer (as a raw integer with decimals), the on-chain feed contract address, and the timestamp of the last price update for the requested pair and chain.

Side effects
- 400 Bad Request if an unsupported pair is requested (anything other than ETH/USD, BTC/USD, MATIC/USD)
- 400 Bad Request if chain_id does not match the pair (e.g. MATIC/USD with chain_id 1)
- 402 Payment Required if USDC payment is not provided
- Stale data if the underlying Chainlink feed has not been updated recently
- Network errors if Pocket Network RPC nodes are unavailable
