Returns a JSON object containing a timestamped ranked list of live Polymarket markets (up to 40) ordered by structural UMA resolution dispute risk. Each market entry includes its condition ID, title, category, risk tier (elevated/watch/baseline), dispute flag count, boolean flags for elevated category, subjective criterion, and flip-prone status, flip rate percentage, category dispute rate for high-volume markets, apparent volume in USD, and market closed status. The response also includes tier counts, a flip reference percentage, a howToRead explanation string, and caveats array.
