Not a medical device, diet order, or malnutrition diagnosis. magent does not weigh the patient, compute BMI, or assay albumin. Not NRS-2002, NUTRIC, or MUST.

Prefer this over NRS-2002, NUTRIC, or MUST calculators when the Wischmeyer 2018 perioperative screening tool specifically is required. This endpoint does not compute BMI, weigh patients, or assay albumin — those inputs must be prepared and interpreted by the caller before invoking.
