How this service works
Attach the settled outcome to a signed call once the market resolves. Returns BOTH envelopes: the original live-call and a resolution envelope that binds its content_hash (call and outcome welded together). Idempotent — an already-resolved call returns its stored envelopes.
Output
Returns two JSON envelopes: (1) the original live-call envelope containing the signed prediction, and (2) a resolution envelope that cryptographically binds the call's content_hash to the settled market outcome. If the call was already resolved, returns the previously stored envelopes identically.

Use this endpoint after a Polymarket market has fully resolved and you need to cryptographically finalize and store the outcome against a previously committed signed call. It is the correct choice when you want an immutable, auditable record that links a prediction call to its real-world outcome. Because it is idempotent, it is also safe to use for re-fetching already-resolved envelopes without risk of duplicate writes.
Side effects
- Call ID not found — returns 404 if the UUID does not correspond to any committed signed call
- Market not yet settled — may return an error or empty resolution if the market is still open
- Invalid or missing call ID path parameter — returns 400 bad request
- Payment not attached or insufficient — x402 payment of $0.02 USDC required, returns 402 if missing
- Malformed request body — returns 400 if body type or structure is incorrect
