How this service works
Search and filter job openings across all companies Pagination billing: call the first page normally and save billing.requestId from the Orthogonal /v1/run response. For later page, offset, or cursor calls on the same logical search, pass parentRequestId with unchanged non-pagination parameters. Valid continuation calls still get their own request IDs and quoted price, but are charged 0. Changing filters starts a new billable request.
Output
Returns a paginated list of job openings filtered by location or O*NET occupation code, including job details and company information. Subsequent pages of the same search use a parentRequestId for zero-cost continuation calls.

Prefer this over general web scraping when structured, paginated job data is needed. The pagination billing model makes it cost-effective for multi-page searches since only the first page of each unique search is billed.
Side effects
- Missing both location and onet_codes — at least one is required
- Invalid O*NET code format returns no results or an error
- Changing filter parameters on a continuation call starts a new billable request instead of continuing the prior search
- Rate limiting or quota exhaustion at $0.04 per call
- Invalid page or limit values causing empty or malformed responses
