Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns non-200 — distillation cannot proceed
- HTML payload is empty or malformed — returns empty or low-quality distillation
- max_tokens ceiling too low (below 20) — validation error
- BM25 query provided without mode=budget — query may be ignored
- Payment fails or x402 micropayment not completed — 402 response blocking access
- Target URL is paywalled or requires login — only public content distilled
