Returns a JSON object with ok: true and a secrets array, where each element contains the secret's unique ID (e.g. sec_abc123), its human-readable label, the number of reads remaining or used, and the ISO 8601 creation timestamp. No secret values are returned — only metadata.

It is the right choice for discovery, inventory, or pre-flight checks before deciding which secret ID to retrieve. Do not use it if you already know the secret ID and want to read the value — use the dedicated secret-read endpoint instead.
Side effects
- No secrets found returns an empty secrets array with ok: true
- Invalid or missing authentication returns an error response
- Network timeout to the Tailscale-hosted endpoint
- Payment failure via x402 (insufficient USDC balance on Base or XNO on nano:mainnet) blocks the call
- Malformed POST body may return a 400-level error
