Side effects
- Transaction not found on-chain returns flag='not_found' and success=false
- Network mismatch between provided CAIP-2 network and actual chain returns flag='wrong_network'
- Invalid or malformed txId (non-hex or wrong length) may return an error or not_found
- Amount mismatch where transfer exists but for a different value returns success=false
- Wrong recipient address provided returns not_found or mismatch flag
- Pending/unconfirmed transactions may return 0 confirmations and success=false
