Output
Returns an integer RCVS2 score ranging from -2 to 10, computed by summing: +5 for thunderclap headache, -2 for intracranial ICA involvement, +3 for vasoconstrictive trigger, +1 for female sex, +1 for subarachnoid hemorrhage. A score ≥5 supports RCVS, ≤2 argues against RCVS, and 3–4 is equivocal. The endpoint does not interpret imaging, take clinical histories, or provide diagnoses.

Do not use it for imaging interpretation, history-taking, PACNS management advice, or as a standalone diagnostic tool.
Side effects
- Missing required query parameters (thunderclap_headache, intracranial_ica_involvement, vasoconstrictive_trigger, sex, sah) returns a validation error
- Invalid enum value for sex (not 'female' or 'male') causes a schema error
- Non-boolean values for boolean parameters cause rejection
- Network or payment failure (x402) if USDC payment of $0.005 is not settled
- Caller-assigned inputs that do not accurately reflect clinical findings will produce a score that does not reflect the patient's true clinical picture
