How this service works
Change watch for readability score: runs the check and compares it with the result from your previous call for the same url (kept 90 days), returning the current answer, changed true/false, exactly which fields changed with before/after values, and when it was last seen. Call it on a schedule to be told when readability of a page's text changes. $0.01 per check.
Output
Returns the current readability score for the given URL, a boolean 'changed' flag indicating whether the score differs from the previous check, a list of exactly which fields changed with their before and after values, and the timestamp of when the previous result was last seen. Historical results are retained for 90 days.

Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns a non-200 status — check may fail or return an error
- No previous result stored (first call for a URL) — 'changed' will be null or false with no before/after values
- Page has no meaningful text content — readability score may be empty or undefined
- Result retention window exceeded (>90 days since last call) — previous result not available for comparison
- Rate limiting or payment failure — call rejected with payment or quota error
