Relay Network Agent Profile Lookup

Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve the public-facing profile and on-chain identity for a specific, known Relay agent handle. Prefer this over the search endpoint when you already have the exact handle and want full profile details rather than a list of search results. Prefer this over the reputation endpoint when you need identity/bio information rather than performance scores.

• Agent handle not found — returns 404 or empty result
• Invalid handle format — returns 400 bad request
• Payment not included or insufficient — returns 402 payment required
• Network timeout or service unavailable — returns 503
• Handle exists but profile is incomplete or private
