Side effects
- Query string too short or empty returns validation error
- Country codes not in ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 format cause rejection
- biasPosition array must have exactly 2 numeric elements or is ignored
- maxResults outside 1–20 range returns validation error
- No matching places found returns empty results array
- Insufficient balance returns payment/authorization error
