Side effects
- No results returned if min_early_rate or min_calls filters are too strict
- Stale cursor in `since` field causes empty or repeated data
- Chain 4663 indexing lag may mean very recent tweets are not yet graded
- Payment failure via x402 returns 402 with no data
- Invalid query parameter types (e.g. string for integer fields) cause 400 errors
