Use this endpoint when you need a quick snapshot of recently triggered crypto perpetual alert hits from a specific freqtrade dry-run environment. Prefer this over the sibling 'alert factors' or 'rule combinations' endpoints when you want actual fired signals rather than alert definitions. Best suited for monitoring, backtrace review, or feed-into-downstream-decision workflows where recent signal history is needed.

• Invalid limit value outside 1-100 range returns an error
