Choose this endpoint when you need a bounded, reproducible, versioned feature representation of complex IQ/waveform data that can directly gate or feed a downstream ML or decision step. Prefer it over raw spectrum conversion (RQM Convert Capture To Spectrum) when you need a compact feature vector rather than a full spectral artifact, and over open-ended analysis when you need deterministic, auditable outputs. Not suitable when you need hardware-level truth, causal RF diagnosis, streaming data, or physical claims beyond the supported feature scope.

- Channel samples array outside 1–1024 bounds returns schema validation failure
