Returns a JSON object containing the total number of matches, the current KEV catalog version, and an array of vulnerability objects. Each vulnerability entry includes CVE identifiers, vulnerability details, and EPSS exploitation probability scores for the vulnerabilities added to the CISA KEV catalog within the specified time window (default 30 days).

Side effects
