Output
A signed Certificate of Nomenclature containing a keeper-chosen name for the buyer, along with a patron badge asset and any associated verification metadata. The name is selected by the human keeper running the store. Any amount paid above the $3 minimum is recorded as a tip.

Prefer this over generic name-generation APIs when the artisan, one-of-a-kind nature of the name and the signed certificate format matter.
Side effects
- Payment below the $3 USDC minimum results in rejection
- agent_name exceeding 80 characters is rejected
- Invalid or unreachable callback_url may cause delivery failure for human-queue orders
- Human-queue fulfillment introduces latency; the certificate is not delivered instantly
- Network or payment protocol (x402) errors may prevent the transaction from completing
