Side effects
- Order enters a human queue and may not complete instantly — callback_url is needed for async delivery
- callback_url must be a valid https URI or the webhook delivery will fail
- agent_name exceeding 80 characters will be rejected
- Insufficient payment (below $25 USDC) will result in no order being created
- Network or x402 payment protocol failures may prevent order placement
