Side effects
- Missing 'content' query parameter returns a validation error
- Content exceeding 64,000 characters is rejected
- Obfuscated or encoded secrets may evade pattern matching
- False positives possible for placeholder or example key strings
- Non-secret sensitive data (e.g. passwords in natural language) may not be detected
