Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported ISO currency code returns an error or omits that currency from rates
- days parameter outside 1-30 range may return an error or default to 1
- ECB data unavailable for weekends/holidays — those dates may be absent from results
- Payment not received or insufficient USDC balance causes 402 Payment Required response
- Network or upstream ECB data feed outage causes 5xx error
