Use this endpoint when you need to complete the one-time onboarding/activation step for a new SHARP agent. This is a deployment gate — it must be called once before the agent can operate on the SHARP platform. Not suitable for recurring payments or track purchases (use the track buy endpoint for those).

- Agent ID not found — if the provided agent ID is invalid or already activated
