Side effects
- Invalid date-time format for 'since' field returns a 400 error
- Unknown since_event_id returns empty result or error
- Malformed filter_instructions may return unfiltered or empty results
- Payment failure (x402) prevents data retrieval
- No matching events for the filter returns an empty list
