Prefer this over generic FX scan endpoints when the trigger is a specific scheduled macro event (NFP, CPI, FOMC) rather than current market conditions.
Side effects
- Unrecognized or unsupported macro event name returns an error or empty result
- Event date/time outside supported historical window returns limited or no data
- Malformed request parameters return a 400-level error
- Payment of 1 USDC not received or x402 payment flow fails, blocking access
- No historical surprises on record for the specified event returns thin analysis
