How this service works
Public-procurement record of a Latvian company from the IUB (Iepirkumu uzraudzības birojs) daily open-data notices (CC0, e-forms since 2023-10-25): contracts WON (buyer, subject, CPV, contract reference, value in EUR, dates, status) and notices ISSUED as a buyer, newest first, with totals. About 3% of Latvian winners are published with no identifier: zero is a non-conclusive absence. Facts, not a score. Legal persons only: IK, sole traders and unrecognised forms get 404, not billed.
Output
Returns a structured record of public-procurement contracts won by the company (buyer name, contract subject, CPV codes, contract reference, EUR value, conclusion date, decision date, contract status) and procurement notices issued by the company as a buyer, ordered newest first, plus aggregate totals. Natural-person winners are never included. If a winner has no identifier in the source data (about 3% of cases), zero is returned as a non-conclusive absence. Returns 404 if the registration number is unknown.

Use this endpoint when you need official, CC0-licensed Latvian public-procurement data sourced directly from IUB e-forms (since 2023-10-25), including contract values in EUR, CPV codes, and buyer identity. Prefer it over web scraping or third-party aggregators when you need structured, machine-readable procurement facts for a specific Latvian company identified by its 11-digit Uzņēmumu reģistrs number. Not suitable for non-Latvian companies or for identifying natural-person contractors.
Side effects
- 404 if the 11-digit registration number is not found in the IUB dataset (payment is cancelled)
- Company exists but has no procurement records – returns empty arrays with zero totals
- About 3% of Latvian winners are published without an identifier in the source data, so absence of results is non-conclusive
- Natural-person winners are never returned by design
