Side effects
- Invalid chain name returns empty results or error
- Limit out of range (outside 1-50) may be ignored or cause error
- Very restrictive filter combinations (symbol + chain + project) may return zero pools
- Cached data may be up to 30 minutes stale
- Pools below $1M TVL are always excluded regardless of minTvlUsd parameter
