How this service works
Issues or pull requests of a GitHub repository, searched by words and state (open, closed or all), newest updated first: number, title, state, labels, author, comments, dates and link. Needs the GITHUB_TOKEN secret; without it the call answers 503 and is not charged.
Output
A JSON object containing the repository name, a list of matching issues or PRs (each with title, link, state, author, labels, number, created/updated timestamps, and comment count), the query parameters used, total result count, the GitHub API source URL, and a timestamp of when the check was performed.

Side effects
- Missing 'repo' parameter returns a validation error
- Invalid or non-existent repository returns an empty result or GitHub API error
- Rate limits from underlying GitHub API may cause failures under heavy use
- Very broad queries with no 'q' filter may return noisy or irrelevant results
- Limit values outside 1-30 range may be rejected or clamped
