Endpoint
GEThttps://api.shopsocial-api.workers.dev/api/social/carsandbids?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Use this endpoint when you need a quick, structured snapshot of current Cars & Bids auction listings including photos and start dates. Prefer this over scraping carsandbids.com directly. Note: this feed does not include real-time bid prices, reserve status, or auction end times — if those are required, another source is needed.
Side effects
- RSS feed temporarily unavailable — returns empty auctions array or upstream error
- limit parameter out of range (must be 1–50) — may return default of 10 or validation error
- Stale data if Cars and Bids RSS feed has not updated recently
- Network timeout from the Cloudflare Worker to the upstream RSS source
