Side effects
- Site has no sitemap.xml and no sitemap reference in robots.txt — returns empty or error
- Domain is unreachable or returns non-200 status — request fails
- Sitemap is malformed XML — parsing may partially fail or return fewer results
- URL limit too low — results truncated with truncated:true flag
- since date filter eliminates all results — returns empty URL array
- Path prefix doesn't match any URLs — returns empty array
