Side effects
- URL is not publicly accessible or returns a connection error
- URL does not redirect at all (no redirect chain to report)
- Redirect chain exceeds three hops (only first three are traced)
- Target URL resolves to a private/internal network address (blocked)
- Malformed or non-URI input causes validation failure
