Output
A short-lived download URL for the uploaded file, reflecting the chosen TTL (15m–7d). If burn mode is enabled, the link becomes invalid after the first download. No access logs are retained server-side.

Ideal for ephemeral inter-agent handoffs, one-time document delivery, or temporary hosting of generated content. The burn-after-reading option makes it preferable over generic storage when confidentiality after first access matters.
Side effects
- Missing both url and content_base64 — endpoint requires exactly one of the two input sources
- Invalid TTL enum value — only '15m','1h','6h','24h','3d','7d' are accepted
- Base64 decoding failure if content_base64 is malformed or improperly encoded
- Source URL unreachable or returning non-2xx when url is provided
- File too large for the service's size limits
- Payment failure via x402 protocol — link not issued if USDC payment doesn't clear
