Official Slovak business registry (RPO) search via api.statistics.sk (Statistical Office of the SR). Query: ?q=31333532 (8-digit ICO) or ?q=eset (name; historic names also match, current-name hits rank first). Optional active_only=true, limit 1-5. Returns per entity: ICO, current name, legal form, address, source register, establishment/termination dates. Personal data of individual entrepreneurs is stripped (GDPR). 24h cache.
Output
Returns a list of matching Slovak legal entities (up to the requested limit), each containing: ICO (8-digit identifier), current company name, legal form, registered address, source register, establishment date, and termination date if applicable. Personal data of individual entrepreneurs is omitted per GDPR. Results are cached for 24 hours. Current-name matches are ranked above historic-name matches.

Side effects
- No results found if the ICO or name does not exist in RPO
- ICO must be exactly 8 digits; malformed queries may return empty results
- Name query requires at least 3 characters
