Smart-money positioning for one Hyperliquid perp: how the 120 most profitable Hyperliquid accounts (30-day PnL, public leaderboard, rules-based) are positioned right now: traders long vs short, long/short/net notional in USD, bias (strong long / lean long / mixed / lean short / strong short), 1h and 24h net notional flow, snapshot age, cohort coverage. Fail-closed: stale or low-coverage snapshots are refused (503, not charged). Not financial advice.

A JSON object containing: bias label (strong_long/lean_long/mixed/lean_short/strong_short), trader counts long and short, long/short/net notional in USD, long share of notional and traders as percentages, 1h and 24h net notional flow, snapshot timestamp and age in seconds, cohort size and coverage percentage, confidence level, mark price, and a plain-language bias note.

Side effects
- 503 Service Unavailable: snapshot is stale or cohort coverage is too low — endpoint is fail-closed and will not return data or charge the caller
- Invalid or unrecognized symbol ticker returns an error response
- Network or worker timeout if Hyperliquid data source is temporarily unreachable
- flow_1h_net_usd and flow_24h_net_usd may be null if historical flow data is not yet available for the symbol
