It is the only endpoint that bundles all of terrain mapping, real-time snowpack, avalanche danger, and verified emergency contacts into a single resort lookup, making it ideal for pre-ski safety decisions, trip planning, and on-mountain emergencies.
Side effects
- Invalid or missing resort ID returns an error response
- Resort ID not in the 63-resort network returns a not-found error
- Stale or unavailable live data may result in partial responses for weather or snow fields
- Payment failure (x402) blocks the response before resort data is returned
- Network timeout on live weather ingestion may delay response
