Sanctions/scam screening verdict for one address (?address=, optional ?network=mainnet|testnet) plus whether it is a verified token contract STB recognises. The same screen that gates every send in the STB wallet.

Returns a JSON object with: the queried address and network, address family (evm/other), a verdict field (ok, warn, or block), a screening object with a listed boolean plus source and category if flagged, a token_contract object indicating if the address is a known token with its symbol and chain, an evidence array with supporting details, attribution for data sources, and an as_of timestamp.

Prefer this over generic risk APIs when you need multi-chain support (EVM, Solana, TRON, XRPL, Bitcoin) in a single call, or when you also need to verify whether an address is a recognized token contract. It is the same screen used natively by the STB wallet before every send.
Side effects
- Missing required address parameter returns an error
- Address shorter than 20 or longer than 96 characters is rejected by schema validation
- Unknown or malformed address format may return a non-evm family with limited screening data
- Testnet addresses screened on mainnet (or vice versa) may return no results or misleading verdicts
- Network outage or upstream sanctions database unavailability may cause timeouts
- Payment of $0.003 USDC via x402 required; unpaid requests are rejected with 402
