Output
Returns current prices for each requested stablecoin fetched from CoinGecko and cross-checked on Coinbase, along with each coin's deviation from $1.00, its peg state classification, and a depeg alert flag for any coin crossing the configured threshold. Failed lookups are not charged.

Side effects
- Unrecognized stablecoin symbol or CoinGecko ID returns a lookup failure for that coin without charge
- Exceeding the 10-coin maximum per call returns a validation error
- Upstream CoinGecko or Coinbase data unavailability may cause stale or missing prices
- Invalid depegThresholdPct type (non-numeric) causes request rejection
