Choose this endpoint when you need semantically relevant web results rather than keyword-matched results, especially for research, company/people discovery, LinkedIn profiles, GitHub repos, or academic papers. Prefer over keyword search APIs when meaning matters more than exact terms. Use the 'deep' type for comprehensive research tasks and 'fast' for latency-sensitive lookups.
