StableInfluencer Video Slots Add-On

Use this endpoint when you have an existing StableInfluencer campaign backed by a TokPortal bundle that is still in a mutable (not yet finalized) state and you want to add video slots to it. Do NOT use if the bundle is already finalized — in that case, create a videos_only campaign instead. Prefer this over recreating the full campaign when only video slot expansion is needed.

• Campaign bundle already finalized — cannot add slots to a locked bundle; must create a videos_only campaign instead
• Campaign ID not found — returns 404 if the campaign does not exist
• Payment failure — x402 payment of $10 USDC not completed or insufficient funds
• Campaign in wrong lifecycle state — account warming, must wait for lifecycle.delivered_account_ready
• Duplicate slot addition — slots already added to bundle
