Side effects
- URL is malformed or exceeds 2048 characters — returns validation error
- Target server times out or blocks the checker — verdict may be inconclusive
- Last-updated date cannot be detected — confidence reported as low or unknown
- archive.org has no snapshot for the URL — snapshot field absent or null
- Network errors reaching archive.org when include_archive is true
