Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported currency code returns an error — use standard ISO 4217 codes (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP)
- Date range out of bounds or start_date after end_date may return empty results or a validation error
- Missing required 'from' or 'to' query parameters results in a 400 Bad Request
- Payment failure or insufficient USDC balance may block the x402 call
- Unsupported currency pairs for certain country combinations may return no data
