Prefer this over OCR-based approaches when the PDF has actual interactive AcroForm fields. Choose this before calling a PDF fill endpoint to understand what field names and types to target.

- PDF URL is inaccessible, private, or IP-literal host — request refused
- PDF exceeds 20 MB (URL) or 10 MB decoded (base64) — size limit error
