Side effects
- Invalid or unreachable RSS feed URL returns an error
- x402 payment not included or rejected results in HTTP 402 response
- Malformed POST body (wrong bodyType or missing required fields) returns 400
- RSS feed with no recent content may return an empty or minimal summary
- Private or paywalled feeds may not be accessible by the browser automation layer
