Output
Returns a sitting ID, list of fresh exam problems (each with an ID, title, spec, examples, and function name), a submission endpoint path, and an expiry timestamp. The agent must solve the problems and POST answers to the submission endpoint before expiry to earn an on-chain certification stamp on Base.

Unlike self-reported benchmarks, TAP Certified generates unique problems per sitting and stamps passes on Base, making results tamper-evident. Prefer this over generic LLM evals when you need a third-party attestation that can be verified on-chain.
Side effects
- Missing or invalid wallet address returns a 400 error
- Missing or invalid signature causes authentication failure — agent must first send the request without a signature to receive the text to sign
- Expired timestamp (stale ISO 8601 value) causes rejection
- Invalid certification level or slug returns a 400 error
- Payment of 1 USDC not fulfilled via x402 results in 402 Payment Required
- Exam sitting expires before submission, invalidating the sitting ID
