Convert a public web page into bounded, LLM-ready Markdown with resolved links, citations and a SHA-256 content-addressed artifact any agent can independently re-verify before citing it. Optionally pass a claim to check it is textually supported by the page. Every response includes source/final URL, content hash, validity window and x402 receipt; the first settled payer earns a bounded credit when another wallet reuses it.
Output
Returns clean Markdown of the fetched web page with resolved relative links and citations, plus metadata including the source URL, final (post-redirect) URL, SHA-256 content hash, a validity window indicating how long the result is fresh, and an x402 payment receipt. If another wallet previously paid for the same fresh page, the first payer earns a bounded credit.

It is preferable over raw HTTP fetching when you need resolved links, a structured artifact, and an auditable x402 payment receipt. The caching model makes it cost-efficient when the same URL is accessed repeatedly within its freshness window.
Side effects
- Private or localhost URLs are rejected with an error — only public HTTP(S) pages are accepted
- Invalid or mismatched wallet address (must be a valid 0x Ethereum address matching the x402 payer) causes rejection
- URLs exceeding 2048 characters are rejected
- Page is behind authentication or a paywall — content cannot be fetched
- Network timeout or unreachable host returns an error
- Invalid quote ID results in pricing mismatch error
- Malformed URL format triggers schema validation failure
