Returns a hosted WAV URL valid for 24 hours plus its size; add inline=true to also get the base64. Up to 2000 characters per call. You are only charged if the audio is delivered. No API key, no account.
Output
Returns a hosted WAV audio URL valid for 24 hours and the file size in bytes. If inline=true is requested, also returns the base64-encoded audio. The audio is generated in approximately one second and covers up to 2000 characters of input text.
