Side effects
- Invalid chain name returns error — only 'base', 'ethereum', 'arbitrum', 'optimism' are supported
- Days value exceeding 30 may be rejected or capped
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient — returns 402 Payment Required
- Missing or malformed parameters return 400 Bad Request
- Network or upstream data unavailability may return 503 or empty daily_stats array
