Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported ticker symbol returns an error or empty response
- Symbol not listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX (foreign stocks) will not be found
- Payment failure via x402 protocol blocks access to the quote data
- Requesting realtime tier without correct payment tier results in delayed data
- Network timeout or service unavailability returns a 5xx error
